Seniors Gentle Exercise

Join us Mondays @ 1pm for a Gentle Exercise program with Certified Fitness Specialist Julia Gall.

Julia has been in the fitness business for 36 years. She was a group fitness leader for the Seniors division of the Toronto District School Board for 25 years and is actively teaching various Seniors classes with chairs, stretch bands  and weights.
 
Julia has certification in Pilates, Aquatics and Zumba (especially Zumba Gold which is specifically for the active older adults). It is her favourite because it is so much fun with exciting music and easy dances from all over the world.  The emphasis in class is on strength, balance and coordination that is fun and easy and guaranteed to make you feel wonderful!
 
Julia is fully licensed, insured and certified. She also has her CPR and first aid renewed on a yearly basis.
